Thanks Jim - my sense is that the Judges will not hold Israel accountable (politics). But that really doesn't matter. Regardless of the judicial outcome, the die is cast. Israel is doomed. The indictment document provides the platform to mobilize world public opinion to crush the Israeli fascist Apartheid regime much the same way as Apartheid was dismantled in South Africa. There are many national laws that prohibit economic and military aid to support genocide. Those laws can no longer be ignored. Without western economic and military aid, Israel can not continue the genocidal wars.
